Since 1977, Marolo has captured the spirit of the region by distilling grappa from the finest Italian grape varieties, particularly showcasing the extraordinary varietal heritage of the Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato regions, now recognized as World Heritage Sites.

Marolo represents the spirit of the territory, Fidelity to its noblest grape varieties, transformed into grappas that enhance their natural characteristics. Distillation takes place in batch stills using a water bath, one for the white pomace and one for the red pomace: small quantities and extremely long distillation times, which respect the raw material and give it a noble personality.
