Affinamento

Le uve vengono pressate sofficemente dopo una leggera macerazione pellicolare di circa 6 ore a 4°C. La fermentazione e la successiva maturazione "sur lies" continua sempre in vasche di acciaio inox a temperatura controllata con periodici bâtonnage.

Colore

giallo paglierino con riflessi leggermente dorati.

Profumo

Il profumo è particolarmente complesso, si articola tra note fruttate come la pesca e l’albicocca, ha intense note floreali e minerali

Gusto

Il gusto è di grande volume al gusto, giusta tensione di acidità che dona notevole persistenza.
