The superior quality Moscato d'Asti DOCG Prunotto is produced according to the Piedmontese tradition, using carefully selected Moscato grapes. The harvest is entirely manual, to then move on to a vinification in steel which interrupts the fermentation when a gradation of 5 degrees alcohol is reached. This makes this wine an ideal choice, from an aperitif to an after-dinner accompaniment, also perfect for holidays.
